NL Day 10 – Driving to Comfort Cove
We left our best Air BNB so far with a tinge of sadness. Really terrific host, nice apartment, cute little town, and of course Gros Morne. Last night we went to a show in the village, which celebrated the history of Woody Point in song and verse. Composed, directed and performed by the local folks. One of the songs was from a poem written by the father of our host. We woke up to a nice sunrise, then drove 4 hours through rain and wind to the same next stop, where we greeted by a rainbow.

It’s so interesting how it’s so low on the horizon. In Montreal they are much higher in the sky.
