Day 4
Today we went from Phoenix to Sylvan beach, NY, crossing Lake Oneida. That crossing was about 4 hours. Fortunately the lake was calm. It is abut 20 miles long and can get quite dangerous, apparently.
Sylvan Beach is a holiday town I think. Everything is closed, though we did find a can of beer at the local gas station.
Off to Herkimer tomorrow.
You look far too relaxed!! Shouldn’t you be scrubbing the decks or something??
